I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff chatted with each other for two minutes while I was the only customer in the store before one of them finally washed her hands. Then, she spent another minute on her phone before asking for my order after a five-minute wait. After putting the bread in the oven, she went back to her personal tasks, leaving me waiting again. On top of the terrible customer service, the food was disgusting. I received soggy bread, questionable cheese and veggies, and cold meat even after it was baked. I almost felt sick after eating it. I will never return. The Subway near Blackhawk Plaza is so much better!

The worst Subway experience I've ever had! The place was dirty, the staff was unfriendly, and I was charged a 50-cent bag fee—really? I asked for extra lettuce in my veggie delight, but the staff insisted it was "enough." The restroom has been closed for over three months; I suppose they're trying to save money. I will never return!
Don't bother putting curb side pick up. The workers and owner completely ignore it and won't tell you they don't do curb pick up. Save yourself the time and don't go here.
The service was poor, and it felt like they were constantly trying to squeeze more money out of us. The staff seemed unfriendly, and I don't think I'll be returning.
