"I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The menu board didn’t list Buffalo Chicken, so I asked a staff member if it was still available. Instead of giving a clear answer, he walked away halfway through his response. When I asked again for clarification, he became visibly annoyed and refused to answer. His behavior was rude and dismissive. Additionally, I felt the interaction had racial undertones, making the situation even more uncomfortable. This Subway location was by far the worst we've encountered in the city. We visited during a quiet time with no other customers, yet the service was surprisingly bad. The staff struggled to communicate effectively in English, which led to incorrect orders and confusion. When we tried to clarify, they were dismissive and insisted they had followed our requests, but it was clear they had no proper system to organize or confirm what had been prepared. It felt like they were just rushing through the process without making any effort to communicate or provide basic customer service. If I could give Subway zero stars, I would. The young lady working the 10 am shift at the Spencer location was the rudest service staff I have ever encountered. During my first order, she acted as if I owed her something, which I initially blamed on Monday morning blues, but it was still completely unacceptable. For my second order, I asked for a kids’ pack, which my whole family heard, yet she insisted I never ordered it. I gave up trying to argue with her. This kind of attitude has no place in the service industry. I wouldn’t recommend coming to Subway here at all, even if you’re starving.
