Subway is mine and my husbands go to option when we want a sandwich but don't want to shell out the like we would at Jersey Mike's. I don't know what this Subways training is like but they may need to some more to make sure the sandwich makers knows all the components of the sandwiches. I order the Baja Chicken and Bacon sandwich and the sandwich maker didn't put bacon on it and looked confused when I asked her 'Isn't bacon also supposed to be on the Baja Chicken and Bacon?' She said no but avocado does. I pointed out what the sandwich looked like on the picture on the board and it clearly shows that is has bacon on it. On June 11th at 8:30 PM, my friend and I walked into Subway feeling hungry and just looking for something quick and easy. The woman working was exceptional in every aspect of her job. From chatting with us to ensuring that my desired veggies were arranged perfectly, she was fantastic. I asked for extra olives, and she even double-checked to make sure there were enough for me. She encouraged me to download the Subway app and check for coupons, which I didn’t really need, but I appreciated her enthusiasm. The subs we received looked even better than the promotional photos! wow. I only had a terrible experience with the man named jose. he literally attacked me and accused me of being extra for a sandwich because he misunderstood me. I'm still shaking. I've never been treated worse. the type was a thousand pounds bigger than me. You can have a terrible day, but don't bring that witness to work. he probably thinks I won't even write an evaluation, but that's what reviews are for.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The employee who took my order, I believe their name was Bray or something similar, was incredibly helpful and patient as I decided what to order. I would give zero if I could. Kids running the place were more interested in flirting with the girls than making our sandwiches right and giving us the right order. They were supposed to be toasted! Nope. The chicken sandwich smelled funny, I hope I do not get sick! Missing chips I paid for. Way way too much mayo.
Clean, well stocked, and polite crew means a decent place to eat. A 101 flavors soda machine was s great plus. Plenty of options for sandwiches and a great variety of meats. Only one mistake on my part--speaking clearly stops errors. Too much peppercini. My bad. Overall, my second favorite eating place.
