Morning shift: absolutely AMAZING! However, the lunch and evening shifts? Wow. I've been coming here for over 20 years and have never witnessed such a level of ignorance and rudeness. One of the female employees even had a meltdown when I pointed out that the order displayed on the screen was incorrect. I thought that would mean there was a mistake with the order, but maybe I was mistaken. Then a rather dramatic guy stepped in and told me, "The screen doesn’t make your order, we do." Well, obviously! It's clear that if you're that upset about someone wanting their order to be accurate, maybe you should consider a different line of work. Getting so defensive over burritos? Really?? After all...
Too much chatter in the window, that my order was incorrect that I added on at the order box, to complete my main mobile order. If he wasn't so busy trying to hit on his coworker she may have got the order correct instead I had to add on an additional nacho fry at the window. What happened to repeating the order back to make sure it is correct? And the were closed saying they didn't have food a couple days before that, what is really going on?!
Drive thru took forever. Seemed as if they were serving one car at a time. Very long wait time. When received the order, multiple things wrong that had to get fixed before leaving. Still missing some items once we got home.
Every time I eat here after 5pm my order is always wrong. I ask for no lettuce and they always still manage to put lettuce. I always have to come back and get it fixed

What’s the point of having the app to order ahead when you still have to wait in a LONNNNNNNNG LINE l,to get food that you’ve already purchased
LaTonya is the one we ordered online and had a few mishaps. We called and she took great care of us great customer service on her part

This Taco Bell actually has some of the freshest vegetables and the neatest put together tacos I have ever received from a Taco Bell

The tacos were fresh, hot, and generously filled. I found them very enjoyable, and the drive-thru service was quick.
