I'm giving this review because all the meals were amazing and I never say that. We were given a little appetiser of corn chips and a salsa. Mild with slight spice and tasty. We shared a drink, the name I've forgotten now. this huge...drink, delicious. We got a sombrero with drink which was alot of fun. Pulled beef tacos, delicious and nachos, delicious. Being celiacs they changed it for me a bit and I didn't have any reactions. A massive tick for me. Desserts of a thin taco type pizza drizzled in sweet ssuse and ice-cream. Regrettably we didn’t get to eat here today because I’d missed the small print on the Groupon voucher. If you haven’t pre-booked by minutes you can’t use your voucher. I offered to return in half an hour but because they now knew what I...looked like they wouldn’t allow me to use a voucher for the remainder of the day. I declined the offer of full priced dining and using my voucher another time and found another Mexican restaurant in the city. Taco Bills was about a third full and it was There is a chance they were expecting a rush and didn’t want to have a table with discount diners. Clearly the business is doing well enough to turn away diners and no longer need to offer any understanding....
Looked promising but was dismal overall. The food was average ,the toilets were disgusting ,one door to a stall does not lock toilet paper holder non existent and zero cleanliness .We ordered entree that came out with mains and was told the waitress was new....We have no problem understanding that but did not even ask if we still wanted the entree.Mains was served without a plate to build the fajitas and no serving utensils , we had to ask for everything .Do your self a favour and find somewhere else we certainly wish we had .
Although I typically don't enjoy French Mexican fusion restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this establishment. The service provided by our South American waitress was exceptional. I enjoyed guacamole and corn chips, shared some jalapeno poppers, and indulged in the delicious fish tacos. All of the dishes were excellent, and the super spicy chili sauce was particularly outstanding. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Fantastic wait staff, but the service was very slow. We had a large group attend for lunch, and we all ordered individually, but still orders were missed or wrong, and it took at least minutes for some of the drinks to arrive at the...table. I ordered a soft shell taco, but received a hard shell taco, and it has hardly any meat in it. The Taquita was flavourless and virtually inedible. The burrito salad bowls looked amazing though.
From the moment we arrived without a reservation, we were greeted like family. We perused the menu and received excellent recommendations from our waiter. The authentic cuisine, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff made for a truly wonderful dining experience. Don't pass up this gem! The music and ambiance were top-notch. If I lived in Melbourne, I would definitely frequent this place. It's a shame I'm just a tourist.
Stopped by for lunch, food was average. My wife order the beef naked burrito- chef forgot the beef! I had the chicken enchiladas. Lots of cheese but not a real “pop” of Mexican flavour. Don’t think I’d return, Mexican food is all about fresh flavours...and this was not what we experienced at taco bills.
My yo son and I went to TacoBill before seeing a play. Food was hot and timely, although a bit bland for Mexican food. My son wasn’t full by his two tacos (they were quite small) which was a bit surprising. We usually go...the Mexican restaurant in Russell st, which is where we’ll go in future.

the lady who served us was very friendly and the food was great, the restaurant was quite so that our food came in a good time frame.
The service was extremely friendly with attentive staff, and the food had excellent taste and presentation.
