We were there for a day trip and we wanted to find a halal Indian place and this place came up. The servings were a good portion for the four of us and for the price we paid. We had the chicken biryani, naan, palak paneer, mango chutney and a lamb dish that I can't remember. The biryani was for one person, I supposed, but even with three people eating it, we couldn't finish. The biryani was really good but it would have been better if it was less greasy.
Came to the Belconnen branch, after being impressed by the dickson branch. Can say that the atmosphere in taj agra belconnen is unlike any other indian restaurant in canberra. The staff was friendly and everything came on time. We ordered the tandoori sizzler this time (the dish literally comes out sizzling), would definitely recommend trying the tandoori sizzler.
Wide range of typical Indian meals that were able to be ordered via a great online app. We ordered two meat dishes and a vegetarian. The meat dishes were a bit sparse in meat given the price but the sauces were fantastic. The vegetarian one was eggplant based and had a lot of great tasting eggplant. Very convenient with the online ordering!
Taj Agra Indian Restaurant in Belconnen is a great spot for a group meal when you want easy parking and a pleasant, quiet place to chat over a good shared meal. I was absolutely delighted by the delicious food and finest service in Taj Agra. I would love to visit the place again and again. The ambience and the quality of service is amazing. The owner and the staffs are friendly and cheerful. You cant miss Taj Agra for great Indian Cuisine.
Loved the food at Taj Agra! The soft lighting and folk music really add to the ambience. Special shout out to the Tandoori prawns and Mango lassi, quite affordable. Highly recommended for Indian cuisine lovers :)
Taj Agra Belco has the most addictive Karahi Paneer. It has a classy atmosphere with lots of space. The staff are warm and friendly and give great recommendations. I never regret ordering food here, the food is always super tasty.
I know this is typical, but their butter chicken is what I always order along with the garlic naan. The butter chicken is so good, just the right amount of spices that makes you want to lick your bowl. Reserva una mesa ahora
