At Tangerine Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, I had a troubling experience with the manager, Mary, who spoke to me in a condescending tone, almost as if I were a child. Although she didn't raise her voice, it seemed like she wanted to exert control, mentioning she is in AA. An unsettling moment occurred when she placed her hand on my shoulder in a way that felt restrictive, and the General Manager witnessed this. This left me feeling quite frightened. I believe a higher level of professionalism is needed, especially since I was the sole employee consistently serving in the restaurant throughout the entire month from my first day. After this incident, I had a seizure in my sleep a week later,...
Last night we came for dinner- there was only one table full. There were two ladies- one sitting folding napkins... she didn?t even bother to welcome us. I had to ask if we could sit anywhere. Someone came out and filled our water and I had to further askfor menus. Three times my husband repeated his order for a burger with no cheese and my daughter chimed in that he?s allergic-45 minutes later, he got a cheese burger. This morning we decided to try it for breakfast- maybe the staff was different...again we had to ask for menus, and had to ask for coffee creamer. This is incredibly inefficient with poor customer service. Fora Hilton, I am disappointed.
The manager Mary at the restaurant treats you as A child. She will get in your face screaming for no reason. I assume because she claims she is in AA. Also she put her hand on my shoulder trying to lock me in A room as the general manager seen. I alsohave anxiety. She should know better and I expect better as I was the only employee serving the restaurant from my first day forthe whole month I tried it out. Having A seizure in my sleep the week after this happened. The customers warned me I needed Abreak. I also broke my hand on glass as I worked here.
Did the breakfast buffet during our stay. There was a wonderful selection included in the $17 price. However, the strawberries looked old so we had to bypass those. Also, they ran out of cereal and oatmeal bowls but the waitress was kind enough to runback and grab us a couple. Our waitress was especially nice to my children and engaged with them as much as she did with me.That is appreciated as kids don't often get that. Would definitely like to try their lunch and dinner menus during the nexthotel stay.

I was quite disappointed with the food. For $22, I got two fried grouper tacos that were mostly battered pieces, accompanied by a side of canned salsa. If it was actually grouper, it definitely didn’t justify the cost. My meal, which included the tacos and two beers, totaled $38. I've been to this restaurant a few times lately and haven’t been impressed. I would recommend trying a different place instead.
This place has to be the most efficient restaurant! The staff is really friendly and always somewhere near. From the breakfast bar to dinner, this place has it all! Priced perfectly too.dine inside and gaze out of the large panel glass windows or sit out next to the pool and enjoy your meal. Either way, your scenery will be breathe taking! The photos should say it all!
I thought the food was terrible. $22 for 2 fried grouper tacos basically amounted to fried batter on a couple of tacos with a side of canned salsa for flavor. If it was grouper then it was a waste of the fish. Tacos and 2 beers for $38. I walked tonearby restaurant the last couple times and wasn 't disappointed. I recommend you do the same.

Here for a conference. The restaurant itself isn?t very busy but the waiters are inattentive and inefficient. The hostess also doesn?t have accurate information regarding guests and rooms and it?s hard to charge the breakfast to the room. Buffetfood was good.
Their egg white Veggie Lovers Omelette is absolutely delicious! They have a great selection of tea. Friendly and attentive service.
