I recently posted a review on Google, and I have to say, this restaurant is truly amazing. It is hands down the best Indian food takeaway we have ever tried, and we have sampled many across the UK. The quality of the food is on par with top-tier Indian restaurants that charge a premium price. We have tried various main dishes from Tariq's menu and have not found a single fault. The starters, like the Seekh Kebab, are also exceptional, with the addition of fresh coriander adding a lovely touch. The portion sizes are generous (unless you're American!), and the prices are very reasonable. Delivery is quick, and the staff, including the delivery drivers, are friendly and helpful. Ordered by phone and decided to collect takeaway. Lovely staff whilst waiting for the food. Food was excellent, best we've tried in the area. I had chicken korma which was creamy and flavoursome and my partner had chicken karahi whch was full of chicken and loads of freshly cooked , crunchy veg. We also had vegetable rice and chips as well as a garlic nan. The rice was light and flavousome with lots of veg. The surprise extra was 2 poppadums with onions and mango, so nice and very much appreciated, thank you, we'll certainly return and looking forward to trying more on the menu. David
I'm sorry, but my tikka masala was overly sweet and bright red, unlike any masala I've had before. It had a lot of sauce and only a few chunks of precooked chicken that seemed like they were just reheated in the sauce. I ended up throwing away most of the sauce. The dhansak was very similar, mostly sauce with minimal meat. It cost over £25 with only 1 serving of rice and 2 naans, making it very expensive for the quality. I did not enjoy the food and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant.
This restaurant has a fantastic team who are passionate about serving high-quality food. I've been a regular customer for years and have never been disappointed with my order. They are willing to accommodate your preferences if you ask (within reason, of course). Keep up the great work, guys. Darren, Carpetright.

2 nights in a row me and my partner have gone to tried different curries. The punjabi balti jalfrazi was unreal!! We will return more like likely next weekend. Very friendly staff. Tariq is very attentive and will make you anything you require. You can taste the curry as offered to make sure it's to your pallet.
Rogan josh sauce is quite watery would benefit from being thickened up. Chips and donner kebabs are very tasty. Tandoori Royal Grill was cooked well but significantly lacked flavour. Keema naan was tasty, but not the best I've ever eaten. Bonus points for free poppadoms, dips and naan bread.
Just been for a takeaway love my curries these guys though so friendly so welcoming but their recommendation of a curry to try one I havent had before Balti Massala has now become my new favourite the flavours has left me wanting more it was so so good. Thanks guys that was heaven
Had couple starters burger and chips Parthia curry poppadoms and sauces. It was delivered within 25 mins. Hot fresh and very tasty. Definitely recommend
