A good selection of French inspired cakes pastries. They do special flavour croissants on weekends, such as durian, Thai milk tea cheesecake with mixed berry jam etc. It’s happen to be the black truffle season at the moment so they have created Black Truffle Croissant along with Black Truffle soft serve served on a croissant cone. The Black Truffle Croissant had infused black truffle in the custard so was the soft serve on the croissant cone. Both had a subtle flavour of black truffle. The soft serve was not as creamy as I hoped for but the extra bit of shaved black truffle enhancing the flavour which was great. I just loved the flakiness crispiness of both croissant croissant cone, they ma...

Pastry is handled like Royal treatment, beautifully crafted by hands of qualified pastry chefs, text-book stuff! My morning coffee routine is a piccolo, which was ok, and 3 of us start hammering on Christmas croissant flavor, which was superb, apple pie, which was bake to perfection and eggnog mouse, just because this green donut shape like look so cute .Well, we were still hungry just because we were sharing, so decided to get another raspberry Cronut, that tangy raspberry flavour very good to cut through all the sweetness and follow by Dark Chocolate mousse with whites chocolate ganache which is my favorite among 5 of items that we’ve tried today.

My friend told me that this place sells the ‘Boba Croissant’ however when I went there, to my disappointment they only make them in the weekends. Although I didn’t go home empty handed, as their other Croissants look amazingly appealing! I bough an Almond Croissant and their special ‘Thai milk tea Croissant’. It was surprisingly one of the best Croissant I’ve ever had in Sydney! It have a really creamy filling, and it’s very sweet (might be too sweet for some people , but for me, the sweetness is just right! I would come back again definitely for the food, even though the staff weren’t the friendliest people that day :

Go there for the croissants, stay for the cheesecake! The delicacy of the French style cheesecake had me going crazy. The croissants are actually quite good... Flaky, soft and good amount of filling. We had the cheesecake-berry jam flavoured croissant which was a rather creative combination. I had no complaints whatsoever. Great staff, you can actually see the chefs kneading the dough and making pastries! Lots of yum options to try every weekend. Definitely worth a second visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Decided to come here upon seeing awesome reviews online. Definitely lives up to its name! We came in too late for the creamy croissants (apparently they sell out around 9am each morning) but instead I got a chicken, mushroom and truffle pie. Great value at $8! The ambiance was good and the place appeared like a genuine French patisserie.

Textbook have probably the beat croissants and specialty pastries and breads in Sydney. Consistently high quality product with a focus on a variety of flavours and fillings. There is heaps of hype around this place and it's well deserved, I'll always return whilst there is passion in what these guys do. Keep up the great work.

While the cakes and croissants are good, the prices are definitely a bit steep. I had high expectations for the croissant since there’s so much hype about it but it’s not as fluffy as expected. The coconut tart was pretty good subtle flavours and wasn’t overly sweet.

Can be hard to park nearby, and busy on weekends. For the pastries and cakes though, it's worth it. They are doing some really different and delicious items that you can't get anywhere else. My favourite is the ruby cheesecake. I drive from the North Shore to get it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered a Lemon and Green Tea cake. It was reasonably priced $85) for the serving size 16).<br/ <br/ Everyone loved the cake, it was not too sweet and had great flavour. The texture was creamy, loved the layers of lemon jelly, cheesecake and matcha in the middle.
