Visited the restaurant for my fathers birthday. When the gentleman bought the food out my dish was incorrect and I had to wait. I didnt complain mistakes happen but what I was offended by was the waitress who took our initial order who told me I had given her the wrong number for the meal choice. Firstly I didnt order by number I placed my order by name of meal selected. Secondly it's not polite to make the customer feel awkward to cover your mistake. Having worked in hospitality and service industry for many years I would never speak to a customer this way they pay our wages. Ordered food at 6pm, was told to pick up at 7:15. No problem. Came in to pick up, there were at least another 6/7 unhappy people waiting. Signs didn’t look good from there on. In the end I waited in restaurant a whole hour before the food came out. Was beyond a joke. To make matters worse, they took payment as soon as I got in and then made me wait 1 hour for food that was supposed to have been already sorted to pick up. Staff completely ignored this fact, no offer was made to anyone in regards to money off, even a free drink whilst waiting etc. Think they were very lucky that most of us were just laughing about it. This was our first visit to this restaurant. Our initial thoughts were that it was very clean, however, the young and attractive waitress appeared disinterested in being there. Despite this, the food was excellent. We opted for the early bird menu and found the starters to be particularly delicious. The chicken in sweet chilli sauce for our main course was also very tasty. The beef in oyster sauce had varying levels of tenderness, some pieces were tender while others were chewy. Although we might not order that dish again, it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of our meal, especially considering the reasonable drink prices. Have been coming here for years and years. Our recent visit was fine apart ftom the portion sizes which have gone down dramatically. Although most times we have been, we have had the weekly set menu, the portion sizes have drastically changed. We came out feeling hungry! What a shame as this restaurant has never let us down and never had any complaints. I am guessing it is under new ownership as it just isn’t the same. It has put us off going again as what is the point in going out for a meal to come away feeling hungry? We will keep a look out on the reviews to see if things do change and are taken into consideration.

We used to come here quite often and always enjoyed good food and good service. However, last night we visited for the first time in overa year and were very disappointed. Had the early bird menu and whilst the mixed starter was good, the duck pancakes was a tiny portion and the meat was overcooked and all dried up, and then the beef in the main course was like shoe leather. It was so tough in fact that it was inedible. We won’t be going again.
I was a bit disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. The meat combo didn't seem as fresh as usual, and the prawn toast and pork parcels were overcooked, as if they had been reheated. The garlic pork and black pepper dish had chewy meat and raw onions. The other main dish was okay. We had to wait a long time between courses and the service was not very attentive. Overall, I think the experience could have been better.
It has been a few years since we last dined at this restaurant, and this time we opted for the early bird menu. We were greeted warmly and promptly seated at our table. The food was delicious, served hot, and in generous portions. The service was consistently excellent, quick but not rushed, and the reasonably priced drinks made for a great value overall. We will definitely be returning for another visit.
First time here and we will definitely return as we enjoyed a very pleasant evening. Thought the food portions were good, reasonably priced and well presented. A bottle of nice Merlot £15.50. Good atmosphere and attentive staff.

Excellent Tom Yum Goon. Perfectly spiced. Chicken green curry was a little sweet, surprisingly. Top quality ingredients in everything. Spring rolls were tasty. Efficient, friendly service
Appalling service, we booked in advance for our takeaway still waited 3 hours for our food. Need more staff!
