it has been a while since i been in the attic for pizza. the service good as always but the pizza dough has change and it did not taste that good. i ask the girl about it and she said it has changed a while ago. i said i donot like it, go back to old recipe, it was better. she went away and very soon after that the owner came over and ask us what we did not like about it. we explained ourselves to the famous attic pizza for has been around for years. you just do not change a good thing. he explained that they had to change to the demanding consumer of eating. so i said i see it has become more of a bar than a pizza parlour. i do not see any youge families but older beer drinkers. he was nice...
I had a change to visit The Attic Pizza Parlor recently. I haven't been in this area for quite some time, I use to live close by years ago. The place looks the same as it did back then and the food is as good as I remember it. We ordered an extra large Meatzza Signature Pizza, this pizza has pepperoni, sausage, bacon, chicken and ham, it is what a great meat lover pie should be and it was awesome. This is a well known place to locals but it is sort of off the beaten path for travelers. If your have a craving for good pizza The Attic Pizza Parlor is worth the deviation to make your way around here to get one.
After a long absence, the Attic Pizza reopened in Stoney Creek several years ago. It is open 7 days/week & has a small free parking lot in front. Their dough is always made fresh daily & never frozen. We have never eaten inside, but have ordered their pizza on many, many occasions for home. Typically, we get the Classic pizza consisting of pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers, but we also add anchovies & olives.One day we ordered their Meatzza pizza, consisting of pepperoni, sausage, grilled chicken, bacon & ham.......and of course, anchovies. It was GR8!
Upon my first visit to the Attic I was shocked when I entered the restaurant/bar. It's sooo tiny with very little room to associate and have a heard conversation unless you're overhearing someone other than your own conversation. We sat at the small bar to conduct a realty transaction. Very dissaponted with the size of this place. Please expand a little more if possible? Reserva una mesa ahora
This place is a local landmark. Whenever we are in the area for hockey we go for pizza and wings at The Attic after the game. It has great atmosphere and excellent service. Their pizza is very good and the service is fast which is perfect when you still have a long drive ahead of you.
