The Hilton name convinced me to pay a few extra bucks to stay here. Do not make my mistake. The few interactions I had with the front staff felt as if I was bothering them to check in or order food. I will say when I called to report my refrigerator was broken they sent someone with a replacement within minutes. That was the only good experience I had over my 2 night stay. The rooms were dated, but clean. The bed was beyond horrible. We barely got any sleep during our stay. Our feet were higher than our heads. I febreezed everything and left, came back 2 hours later and still smelt bad. Neighbors had a child that would not stop crying. I understand that babies cry but on vacation getting woke up at 6:30 is not the most ideal situation. Don’t get me started on the what sounded like a frat house next door as well.The outlet plug is hanging off the wall and the back of it is all exposed. Not a fire hazard or anything!!There is also a brown stain (pretty self explanatory) on the desk seat as well as a red stain (also self explanatory) on the pull out chair. The rooms are what you would expect from a Hilton, albeit a bit pricier than usual. However, this hotel deserves a 5-star rating primarily due to its incredible staff. The woman at the front desk during the second shift was not only accommodating and friendly but also quite funny. The overnight team was equally outstanding. When I went down at midnight in search of something to help my sister, who was feeling unwell, they went above and beyond. They kindly offered to find room temperature ginger ale, juices that were out of stock, and even offered their own personal Tylenol and mint tea, which the hotel doesn't sell. Their thoughtfulness truly meant a lot to me.

Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I tried to book a block of rooms for my wedding here for five months, something that should’ve taken 2 days tops. Every employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I was told someone would call or email me back countless times, even the general manager told me he would absolutely call me back and get this sorted out, and not one single time did that person actually contact me back, like literally not once…somewhat impressive honestly. I can not recommend enough that you do not stay at this hotel especially for any kind of event like a wedding.
My wife and I stayed overnight for a brief but enjoyable couples retreat. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location near various restaurants and Mystic Casino was excellent. The amenities, such as the pool and open sitting area, were also nice. However, we did face some unfortunate downsides with the bed and shower—they really need an upgrade. The bed was old and squeaky, while the shower featured a dated high tub. My wife found the bed particularly uncomfortable, and given the cost of over $300, we had higher expectations.
The location is very convenient, and they are dog-friendly, which is a plus! However, the prices are far too high for the quality of the room and service. To make matters worse, breakfast isn't included. The King mattress was uncomfortable and seemed old, lacking the proper support. The gym is a pleasant space and well-equipped, featuring a Peloton bike. Unfortunately, one of the ellipticals was out of order, and the other was excessively noisy.
The hotel was in need of maintenance. It was like it has been a neglected building. Caulk would go a long way as it was all peeling and nasty. Paint too. They had a lazy painter at one point. Kick boards on doors were just painted over instead of done correctly.Breakfast is not included.For the money it was definitely not worth it. It was definitely not what was expected in a Hilton branded hotel.

We were all happy that we stayed in this hotel. All the staffs were all pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The room, hallway, dining and lounge were very clean and nice set up. I will definitely come back again with my family.Rooms: nice and clean
