The Habit Burger Grill

Parking was quite a challenge. As a disabled individual, I had to park in a designated area. The manager greeted me at the door, and I noticed a staff member slowly carrying a canoe. I received a warm welcome from him as well as from the lady taking the orders. I ordered the Char from Santa Barbara, and I must say, it was fresh! It came with a side salad, mayo, and a generous amount of pickles for $7.69. I also added three onion rings coated in panko, which were delicious. The paprika in the spice bar was fresh as well. Ok I didn't know what to expect (hoping for a good burger), I was super surprised that a fast food burger could come out this delicious. Patty's aren't real big so if you're hungry, like I was order a double. It was buttery and flavorful and juicy. Fries were fresh and crispy and didn't taste like old fryer oil that hadn't been changed in a while. I'm definitely going back. Oh and it is not expensive only a couple more dollars than any other fast food but so much better.

The food was a bit salty. We have double coal and a Teriyaki Char with cheese. We paid over $20 for two burgers a fry and on soda. It was a little high for size. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms do not need a code to board. This is an excellent step in customer service. At least we tried. Not sure we're back. I also made pictures, sick try to add them. We could feed inside or outside. And they have heaters over the tables outside for heat in winter.

I ordered the #1 char burger combo with fries and a drink, and I have to say, this place is fantastic! The hamburger was cooked perfectly and served hot, while the fries were crispy and also hot. I wasn't a fan of this location due to the limited parking, but the food more than made up for it. The hamburger was delicious, and the tempura green beans were made from fresh ingredients. On the day I visited, the cauliflower dish was also a delightful surprise. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit!

I ordered a side of ranch, but the cup was only filled halfway. If it had been complimentary, I wouldn't have said anything, but since I paid for it, I'm a bit disappointed that I didn’t get a full serving. Other than that, I absolutely love this restaurant! Their onion rings and burgers are amazing!

The food is consistently good, but I've encountered several issues with my curbside orders at La Mesa not matching what I ordered online. They always fix the mistakes, but it often means I have to make another trip back. I recommend double-checking your order before you leave.

I always am happy with my orders here. Also love their real ice cream shakes. If you are going to have a shake, in terms of the fat, calories, and sugar, every so often, have the REAL THING!
