Worst experience EVER. The woman manager at this restaurant is the rudest! WORST customer service and major attitude. I ordered 5 plates of food, I disliked one item that was brought out last after trying a bite. I asked for the item to be sent back because it was literally tasting like ragu sauce was used in a specialty dish and tasted very generic (I ordered the blackened chicken pasta) the waitress told me the manger would have to approve and probably wouldn’t (uncalled for in the restaurant industry) the waitress came back and told me the manager said No, but instead offered me a box from the manager to Take the food home. Extremely disrespectful. I paid for so many dishes that I enjoyed...
it's been a past since I was in the half-shell, just because of kovid and everything. but I love eating here, it remains quite consistent and very low turnover, I have the same employees for years. I have one of my specials the seafood gumbo. I usually get seafood gum and utter on the half-shell, but they can't utter. but the rubber ball was good hot and spicy as always. a thing that I didn't know was that they added a congratulation to their neck to go ordering, it was just a $1.78 but it was still a surprise, so they kept it in mind when they got something to go, because the bigger their order the more burial. I'm not sure who else does that, I'm going to take a lot of all the restaurants...
Our waitress was great but the food just wasn't good. The gumbo was the chunkiest gumbo I'd ever had and I couldn't eat it. The roux wasn't made or warmed properly. It had a tomato base, which I didn't mind but it just wasn't good. My friend had the mushrooms and a po' boy sandwich. My friend was not a fan either. I feel bad leaving these types of reviews but I do hope this is taken as constructive criticism. I know the restaurants are struggling these days, so I'm mindful of that.

Food and Drinks are great. The service was slow. My friend ordered the New Orleans pasta and she says it was great. I like the fact that they had a good portion of vegetables in the pasta. I ordered a Fried catfish plate and the rice had crab meat with a loaded baked potato. The meal was delicious and the drinks were even better. This place has some of the best cocktails in the city. The waiter service was lacking. Barely saw our waiter.
Went for brunch with my daughter. Crab cake benedict was okay, but I ordered the Oysters Bienville for her because she loves oysters and they were nothing like described. Ordered her the kid?s fried shrimp to make up for it and it was 3 shrimp and like 6 fries for $7.50. Nothing was worth what I paid for it, won?t be returning. At least the staff was friendly.
HORRIBLE!! If I could give no stars I would. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in life. Food was not done and cold. The manager JD was HORRIBLE and very argumentative. I would not recommend this location at all
This is the mandatory place to go in MemphisThat doesn't keep it from being crazily overpriced, $10 for parking and then $50 per person.
