We visited here on a Tuesday evening. I am aware lockdown measures have only just been lifted and that there may be teething issues with getting businesses back up running. I visited with my partner and young child. We turned up 15 minutes early and we’re shown to our table straight away which was great. We ordered drinks and our food pretty quickly. The drinks seemed to take ages to arrive. After waiting patiently for a long 30 minutes and after seeing others getting their drinks who had arrived after us, i asked where ours were… our order had been missed. if you are wondering what to do when the blues hit next January, you definitely need to wipe the blues away and go to the Burns night at the Horns Inn. it was the most wonderful night, with a full Scottish menu, a piper and entertainment. the food was absolutely delicious and just kept coming all night. so many different courses and a wee dram for the Haggis homage. cheese and biscuits to end our wonderful meal and a port to go with it. the Cullen skink was the best I've ever had and I can't recommend it enough. a massive shout out to the chefs and the manager who was fantastic with us all. I will definitely bring a table full for next year's Burns night. thankyou for a wonderful evening.
Firstly the plus side. Booked for 6pm but got there early. Nice lady said she could fit us in. I ordered the chicken and chorizo sword and my partner ordered scampi. We both throughly enjoyed our meals. The sword was definitely a case of eyes bigger than your belly. I was delicious and I will definitely be coming back to tackle it again.The down side and it's only a minor criticism was we was seated for over 10 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted a drink. On a nearby table a party came in was seated, ordered drinks, received drinks before we was asked.However as stated its a minor criticism and the food made up for it
We have just had 4 takeaway Sunday lunches 2 lamb and 2 roast beef. WOW they where fab best takeaway in all of lockdown, meat was delicious and there was, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, carrot and swede, roasted parsnips and creamed leeks, we also ordered 2 cauliflower cheese between us, could not fault any of it , would highly recommend. Well done Horns Inn we will definitely be back

After a lovely Italian the night before (yet to appear on Tripadviser) .... and a venue rated 2 in the area, I was left underwhelmed ... stock menu, nothing special .... atmosphere, ok, sadly next to 4 women with poor conversation volume control .... staff, well the one who welcomed us had a harsh tone (not a good start) .... ordered pies ... very average
Came for a family meal to celebrate in-laws wedding anniversary. We chose to sit in the garden as it was a lovely day and the service was excellent even though they were very busy inside. The food and drinks arrived quickly and were all lovely. The staff are always very polite and friendly when we visit and we love the relaxing atmosphere.
I went with my sister and brother in law for my birthday as i had received a voucher for a free main course. The new cedar challet is amazing. Food was excellent and the service from Gareth was top class and they even gave me a lovely surprise birthday cake. Would definitely visit again soon.
Just had 2 roast dinners delivered, food was excellent, turkey and lamb, both were lovely and tender. Portions were large and really tasty. Staff were spot on from ordering to the cheerful delivery man. Many thanks, will be ordering again very soon.

There were many options on the menu, so it took us a while to decide what to order. We used the app to place our order, and the service was fast. The food was delicious.
