what do you want? this is the first thing the person who worked the laufwerk thru has said to me. it went downhill. it has made her a few attempts to repeat my order correctly again. I almost had a heart failure. I gave her my credit card and when I got the entrance, there was an additional fee. I asked her what it was and it was for my credit card. I was charged an extra $1.41 for not paying with cash. there was no sign of credit card payments. the cashier didn't tell me about the attack when I gave her my card. eating was not on crystal quality and I should know because I worked for crystal 34 years ago. the chik was pure rubber. the krystalen burgers were bland and gummy and the chili was...

It's about 6:20 pm when I pull up. I noticed most of the outside lights were off and all the employees were sitting in the dining area just chilling out. Not a customer in sight. So I get to the drive thru to order and the girl says they're not taking orders at this time. No explanation as to why.

I give them two stars only because of the gentleman who brought our food out. the young lady who works the drive-thru last Saturday needs a lection about the common courtesy. to delete the window at a paying customer is not in any way okay.

team members were friendly with their customer service in the drive thru, but the menu board was not up to date our classic krystal burger had hardly any toppings [mustard, wobble, pickles]. it was in the ground brot the tiny fleshpatty.

the food was cold, the service was terrible when I wait outside for 30 minutes, they forgot that I was out there all I had 4 krystal burger, so I went and got my money back
