The Little Ice Cream Shop Hawkshead

What a place. Hawkshead is beautiful but you have to have an ice cream to complete the visit and The little ice cream shop is the place to get it. We can't manage two scoops as one scoop is huge but we did see someone...order a triple, it needed scaffolding! Excellent choice of flavours and the option to sit inside or outside which is a bonus. Fabulous value for money. Highly recommend

I have no words how good this ice cream was. I went here twice the first time I had cookies and creme and I was just amazed the taste was soo good. The second time I had Two scoops because i just couldn’t resist it!...Caramel crunch and Malteser were just the best combo ever! I don’t see how anyone could give this a bad review because it was stunning. I can’t believe how good it was!!!

This little shop was great. A large choice of ice cream flavours and sprinkles, plus a free wafer. I had the white chocolate and the Malteser one and both were great though it was a shame the white chocolate didn't have any white chocolate...chips in. I would definitely come again.

Never miss out on a special treat Everyone’s ice cream, no matter what flavour was delicious The choice of flavours and verity Were amazing some of which l have never seen before I had the carrot cake fantastic as was the Bounty Best ice cream...I’ve had since Italy Reserva una mesa ahora

We stopped by for a quick ice cream during a bike ride and were so pleased we made it part of our route! They have a great selection of flavours and we thoroughly enjoyed our ice creams they’re also very generous with their scoops!

Incredibly good ice cream in a large range of flavours (all labelled to say if they were GF). Gluten free cones also available on request, so great for our coeliac daughter. One of the two best ice cream shops I have ever visited.

Superb selection of ice cream. We had ours in a cone, I had chocolate indulgence and my wife had raspberry twist. I loved the chocolate but have to say the other was much nicer.

Oh wow. No visit to the Lake District would be complete without ice-cream and this one is by far the best. The huge queue outside says it all. Well I worth the wait. Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely extravagant ice-cream, don't miss if you are in Hawkshead, also very instagrammable. Lovely experience.
