Normally visit here once or twice a month until 2 weeks ago kinda spoilt it for us where my partner had a long black hair in his food, I went to bar had to wait abit as no bar staff out the front when I managed to catch one of their attention he came over took the food away to replace it offered to put mine under the lamp to keep it warm but I didn't want my steak to dry out which he agreed couldn't be guaranteed waited a while for my partners fresh food to be brought out by which point mine was stone cold. My mother enjoyed her cottage pie from the lunch menu and found the meal and price to be satisfactory. However, I was very disappointed with my 1-star worthy chicken fajitas, or should I say pepper fajitas. There was hardly any chicken on the sizzler, despite the £15 price tag. I had just recently prepared 1.8kg of high-quality chicken breast, so I was well aware of the cost of chicken. Additionally, the side of boiled potatoes I ordered only had 4 pieces, but 3 of them had bad spots on them. Although I considered sending them back, I didn't want to ruin my mother's day. After my mother complained and showed the evidence, the waitress said she would inform the chef. It was likely just an off...

My friends had booked a table for my birthday celebration, but when we arrived, a very rude waiter informed us that our table had been given away. Instead of apologizing, he directed us to another table without offering any explanation. It was disappointing that he did not handle the situation more professionally, especially since the food at the restaurant was very good. I believe he could benefit from some training on customer service and proper communication.

I went to The Man at Arms today and had an incredible dining experience. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Hayden took great care of us with a warm smile and engaging conversation, which really brightened our day. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon. Thank you. Such a lovey meal AGAIN !!! Every time we come here the food is excellent and a great price . The bar staff are friendly and the atmosphere is always good . Steaks are spot on and the steak and ale pie always hits the mark .

Food was great, atmosphere good. Could have done with the waitress to explain we had to go to bar to order food and drinks. Always good to know what you need to do when you walk in. It's a nice touch. Customer is informed.

My partner and both has steak, he had 24oz rump I had 16oz T bone asked for them to be medium, both were well done and the meat was tough. Very disappointed as haven't been for a long time and it used to be fantastic

There were about 2 vegan options, I had the burger and it was very dry and chewy, not a fan, but it's a lovely place and the staff are nice Reserva una mesa ahora
