The Pessimist is a real gem of a place….. normally, you would expect to find such an amazing wine bar, in Manchester or London, not little old Lincoln! The choice of gin and wines is exceptional and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. We had vegan nibbles platter which was delicious. You can tell the ingredients were top quality and creatively put together. The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, and you can tell everyone is having a really great time. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Incredible! I truly enjoy visiting this place. It's my favorite spot to grab a drink. They have an fantastic selection of gins and wines, and the staff is wonderful with extensive knowledge. I highly recommend it!
It was a fantastic evening as always. The service was excellent, and there was an incredible selection of drinks and food, all in a wonderful atmosphere.

Fantastic food drinks! We love gin so it’s the perfect place to try new ones we’ve never heard of, although some did seem a little expensive!
