One of your employees whose name is Breshna today has done very bad behavior today and even insulted. We order a coffee and without listening to the end of my order, she cut off the phone. We come to pick up the coffee and we asked what have you put inside, she said nothing, its a black coffee. We said we want a coffee with 2 sugar and 3 cream and without listening to the end you switched off. She started yelling and close the window. Its unacceptable towards customer yelling and insulting like this. Zero customer service.

The WORST restaurant EVER. I've been going here every morning for the last 2 years, because it is right next to my job and evey morning is a nightmare. There are errors in all the orders I take, I have to park abd check my order and go back almost every time. Nothing is fresh, eggs are dry like the bread and the potatoes are dry. The espresso machine never works, you have to wait 15 minutes in line to take your order and the workers usually barely speak french or english. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, IM SICK OF IT.

Slow service, only one worker to serve people in line, working everything, cash register, making the orders, ALL the other staff members are working to serve the drive-through customers.

Friendly staff, fast service. The food and donuts are fresh in the morning. The restaurant now is closed due to staffing issue. I hope it get resolved soon.
