This Tim's location is probably the Best one for downtown Hamilton. They are always well stocked, and their service is always friendly and very quick! They have a Nice sitting area to enjoy indoors when the weather is yucky. Very Clean! It is air conditioned in the summer, and well heated in the winter; This is Very much appreciated. The restrooms are always clean and easily accessible. I would have given it a 5-star if this place wasn't frequently crowded; This is NOT the fault of the owners obviously. There's a lot of people who hang around both inside and outside in the evenings. Some of them are rowdy, but most of them are just fine. There's never been any violent incidents at this locat...

The staff are amazing and really level headed for the stuff they have to endure due to the addicts trying to use drugs in the bathroom, and to the group that sits there at night, y’all are awesome, what you do for the staff there shows me there’s still good people in this city, y’all have said many times you’re there to keep the staff safe from the violence that occurs there Only complaint is the doors are broken and the accessible buttons only work on the way out. Miranda Grace, Andrew Mcool, and anchika deal with so much they really should be earning danger pay …. But the owners should really look into putting at least one of those ppl at the table on the payroll as security

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one on a regular bun and one on a croissant, to which i paid extra for. They served me both on a regular bun and huffed when I asked it to be corrected. I decided to check my tea, and they put at least twice the sugar in it that I had ordered as well. They had 2 beverage machines out of service, they had no chili, and were completely out of regular bacon. I haven't been to this location in over 6 months and I certainly will not be back! of all the tim hortons where a crackhead has asked me for a cigarette this one had the best donuts and selection. everything was a lot higher quality than most ghetto tims. no crackheads and id give 5*
