Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

I do not usually write reviews but I am so thoroughly disgusted. Today, January 9th around 12 pm, the older woman with the black or dark brown blunt cut; extremely horrid and shocking behaviour. Ordered a coffee and when I got to the window she rudely handed it to me, mumbled a racist comment under her breath, and snatched my money and slammed the window shut without returning my change. The coffee was actually supposed to be free according to my rewards points. I am so disgusted. Why would someone like this have a job here? I’m not sure if this is the lady other people on here are complaining about but I see there’s a serious problem at this Tim Hortons. Get rid of her! Very nasty behavior....

Went today qnd got a BBQ Chicken rice bowl and a pop. Handed me a room temperature bottle of diet coke so I asked if there were cold ones which apparently was an inconvenience. The food took forever only for me to open it and find it wasn't BBQ chicken, just a regular chicken burger cut up and sprinkled on top of maybe half a scoop or rice. The salad was 3 pieces of lettuce some tomato and cucumber ans then all was smothered in Chipotle. The attitude at the window from the girl irritated me already and then I got a 10 dollar bowl of barely anything. Wouldn't recommend

Seriously... $2 for water and a tea bag, can 't get it right, wants to fix it instead of simply offering to replace it. Can 't do Tim Hortons anymore! Same as every other fast food agency where the employees believe they deserve more than what they make yet don 't want to work!

Like many others, fairly new due increase of population and great service.

The Farmer's Wrap here was great, and the place was pretty quiet.
