I visited this location to find there were three persons working. I stood at the register, ready to order for about 8-10 minutes. Not one person greeted me to say that would be with me shortly. The workers just looked at me and continued to work afill orders. At one time one of the workers stopped to have a casual conversation about school with another customer, again notaddressing the person standing at the register. I then decided this was not a place I, A- deserved my money, and B- felt Ishould have to wait longer. I truly wish whomever owns this place would take the time to train the staff properly in thebasics of customer service and the art of greet as you go.
I and my friend ordered two Avocalada, non responsible kids there wipe out the cup with a very dirty cloth after we asked her to wipe the blow out drink, When we were shocked by this, we asked her to change the cup she did and in front of us she put herfingers inside the cup and removed something???? then we wanted to change the whole thing because of what we saw! Also she addedonly two ingredients out of four or five that was supposed to be added to avocalada, my friend and I had diarrhea wholenight???? the kitchen floor was very dirty and full of water, I haven?t ever seen this here in the States!
Generous size smoothes and plenty of options, including wraps, salads, and quesadillas. Enjoyed the Acai Berry boost smoothie, the Baja wrap is good, but the caribbean jerk chicken is amazing! Spicy! And it'sa a big wrap and it's $7! Friendly staff. Notrecommend if you are in a rush. Smoothies come out fast, but food takes its time.
Not sure how great this place is. I called because I'm driving and want to put in an order and pay for it and the guy who answered the phone said no we don't take orders He was rude. Warrenton and gainsville take phone orders! I do it all the time.Won't spend any money at this location.!!!

I absolutely love this place! I visited for the first time today, as I usually go to the one in Franklin Farm. I ordered my usual Sunrise Sunset, and I must say it tasted so much better here! The staff is doing an excellent job, and I will definitely be back!
7.30 pm and is closed, schedule at the door say closing 8.00pm I?m at the door, seeing 4 people inside cleaning. I did call and they said that they close 8 pm?? but can?t take my order by phone?. Really poor customer service.
The pumpkin spice smoothie was absolutely to die for and pairs well with the sun kissed sweet potatoes and the turkey sandwich. Would definitely go again.
I ordered a drink for $8, and it was terrible. The young girl who made it just blended ice and water—no taste, no flavor. I was really disappointed.

I arrived 35 minutes before closing, but the doors were locked. I saw someone inside, but they went to the back as soon as I approached.
Attention is always great and the orders come out very fast
