Went into Turtle Jacks for dinner with my family, and was greeted at the door. Got seated, and didn?t have a waitress come up to us for at least 15 minutes. When waitress arrived, she was not friendly whatsoever and didn?t seem like she wanted to serve us.Waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the server didn?t even apologize or acknowledge the fact that our food waslate coming out. The people came after us got their food within 15 minutes. We asked her questions, she ignored us. When thefood did arrive, she didn?t even come up to us to ask how our food was. Excellent service, amazing food! We started off with one of our favourite appetizers, chicken rolls, and we decided to try a new one, the fried calamari. The calamari was cooked well and seasoned to perfection! For our mains, we got the wings, which Ihighly recommend, and the New York chicken dinner. Both were absolutely amazing as always! You can?t go wrong with any of theTurtle Jacks locations, but TJ?s Winona is hands down our #1 favourite!!
The food was lovely but very expensive. Just 2 people one had lobster and steak but the other just had an appetizer and ginger ale. The bill was $149! Appetizers have been re branded as shareable but there doesn 't seem to have been much of asize change in the nearly $18 spinach dip for one. Can 't comment on the others. But food, staff, and restaurant are allgreat.
Great experience! tried to make a large order online but it wasn't working so I called in... a few times. even had to add to my order after it was ordered. The bartender was super accommodating and very nice. Food was picked up on time and everything wasperfect. highly recommend.
