We had booked a table to allow plenty of time to get to our show. We made staff aware that we needed to leave by a particular time and were told that we had plenty of time. Turns out we didn’t. After waiting for after our orders were taken, the waiter firstly assured us that our meals were ‘on the pass’. When they did arrive he then told us they’d only be minutes. Eventually when they still didn’t arrive he advised that they had lost the ticket. He rushed off before we had a chance to cancel the order. We arrived for pre-theatre meal, booked online. The Maître de welcomed us and seated us opposite an open door to the outside courtyard, this was a cold degree Melbourne night. There was an unlit heater close by- he was attentive. We left our coats...on. The waitress came by and couldn’t answer a few simple questions about the menu, didn’t offer to find out, as time was ticking we made our selections without further information. We also ordered glasses of Prosecco which she returned and dumped them loudly on the table without an eye contact. We went before a theatre show. Had to chase up our meals. Had to chase up our wine. One of the waitresses was quite rude eg snapping “What about you?”, like taking our order was an imposition, or literally snatching the wine list out of...the hand of one of our group. It constantly felt, and looked, like no-one was in charge. The standout exception was Arit cheerful, hard working and attentive. At least the food was good (if overpriced).
Was extremely happy with our service. Food was fantastic and the stuff where very friendly. Has a beautiful view of the Yarra which makes for a great date night. Can not fault this place and I highly recommended it. Do yourself a favour and visit...this amazing restaurant and be prepared to be wowed by the flavours!

I been really happy about lunch as a starter we had the calamari And the burrata , as a main we had the pumpkin risotto for me And the mushroom for my boyfriend. As a dessert we had the tiramisu just for this one I...wasn’t really happy
Located in Southgate by overlooking city/yarra river.Must try risotto as they are simply the best. A special thank you to Daniel for looking after us and all staff over there are friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back for sure!
Loved the risotto, dessert and cocktail! Service was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend all my friends and families to go! Fantastic view across the Yarra river in the heart of Melbourne.
Half the menu was not available and when of people received their meals, the ricotta was like mush and the other meals were cold. They were sent back and returned warm. Really really disappointing.

Prices of wine and food were far from reflected in the quality of either. Food was cold, bland and boring. Could have done better at home. Service was better.
Stopped in at Tutto Bene for a cocktail before heading to dinner. Nice terrace with very good service.
