We have been ordering for the last two years. Up until about 6 months ago everything was great, food was great no problems. Now your lucky if it arrives hot and they have everything for your order. They usually forget your sauces/salads/sandwhiches now and the food has gone down in quality. I am not sure if they have switched to a new owner or what but this is not the place it used to be. Sadly we will no longer be going to waterford pizza due to the declining quality and the fact that there is usually at least 1 thing wrong with the order every time we order.
Placed an order tonight at 6:40 pm. Was told that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for some subs. It is now 8:30 pm. The buisness now says its closed for the night. Can't even call us to tell us you won't be delivering the dinner we asked for and you agreed to make? Guess we're going elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware if you have a hungry family and expect food to show up. Pick up your food or take a pass and head over to sugar and spice for some good food. You can thank me later.
Stopped by Saturday for the first time. Put in an order for 2 chicken bacon ranch calzones. We ordered 2 mediums expecting them to be a little on the smaller side. Boy were we wrong, these things are massive! And they were packed with bacon, chicken and cheese! The blonde gentleman in the back was very friendly too.
Pizza and antipasto salad was great but the wings not so much. The wings were very small and overcooked. Orders are always ready quickly and everyone is friendly. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza

Was told it would be 45 minutes and 1 and 1/2 hours later had to call to see if they got lost. When they finally got here the pizza was cold, honestly I wasn't even hungry anymore because I was so mad. My husband gave me his crust and it tasted likecardboard ..never again.
We ordered the 16 Supreme. Don't change a thing! There are several places to get pizza in Waterford but this is the best. You earned a faithful customer. Thank you.
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5.
