My family had an unfortunate experience while visiting a Wendy 's located 6260 Winchester Memphis, TN. My husband purchased 3 chicken sandwich combos (2 spicy chicken and 1 regular). He did not receive a receipt for his transaction but transaction totaled $35.61 at approximately 1pm on 12/24/23.When he arrived home with our meals one of the chicken sandwich combos had a sandwich that was not edible-you could not bite through the center of the sandwich no matter how I tried to. I was reluctant to return the meal but my husband insisted that I do. I went back to the restaurant with my 2 year old son in hand and informed the cashier there was an issue with my meal and that I would like sandwich...
Dear customers, are we not tired of spending our hard-earned money at fast food places where the staff couldn't care less if our order is correct? My experience at the Wendy's on Winchester was absolutely terrible. This happened at 10pm. It took me 15 minutes to place my order at the speaker, and when I finally got there, I had to keep repeating my order over and over. The employee kept asking me "what else", and when he repeated the order back to me, he got it wrong twice. So slow and unprofessional! Additionally, when I drove to the window, they were waving a metal plate to reset the drive-thru time. It was quite ghetto. When I received my order, it was incorrect and I was missing a sandwi...
I put in a mobile order through the Wendy's Website. When I went to pick up my order through the Drive Thru, I was rudely told they were closed even though I was able to place an order to that location. Hopefully, cancelling the order will give me a full refund like the girl at the drive thru claimed when I asked about a refund. Either way, going to Wendy's was a waste of my time and energy.
I was extremely dissatisfied when I went to this restaurant to order food and was rudely ignored by the manager, who proceeded to insult me in front of both employees and other customers. They took my food back and were incredibly disrespectful towards me. This whole experience was very unpleasant and I am shocked by the way I was treated.

Stop by to grab a quick meal. Walked in and no one greeted or acknowledged me. No one was up front to take orders. The only person that said anything was the guy that came from taking a smoke , he was one of the cook/prep personnel. Even the drive thru was backed up.
Customer service is terribleTakes 30 minutes to place a order and once it get a certain time they say they put of certain items. They act hood and like they really don't care if they give good service or not.
The lines have been a little better but being that I'm here at least twice a week sometimes more the order takers can be better and stop closing early ?
Placed a order to be delivered. They took my money then cancelled my order. And I didn't get my money back
