The food is good but don't order anything other than what's on the menu, nothing special. if you say no vegetables and ketchup and mayonnaise , they will give you pickles and mustard. this is not Burger King and you do not get it your way. however what's ever on the menu that's what you will get exactly as it is stated. when you go through the drive-through you must repeat your order at least three times. whoever is taking the order does not pay attention to your first two attempts. other than that, this is a wonderful Whataburger. if you order anything special and you have to drive 30 minutes home you will be disappointed when you open the bag I can guarantee you that.
This restaurant has the best burger options and the friendliest staff you will ever encounter. Despite being busy, they always manage to keep the orders fresh and delicious. It's not easy to consistently make fresh food with high-quality toppings and do it quickly, but they do an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. I recently tried their double patty with two onion rings and jalapeños, and it was so good I wanted to take a nap afterwards.
The absolute best burger joint you can go to and this one has the nicest staff you can ever come across. They stay busy and they do there absolute best to keep the orders fresh. It?s hard to make fresh food with fresh add ons and do it fast at the same time. I applaud everyone at this location specifically. I just came and swooped me two patty melts, two onion rings with jalapeños. Somebody is about to have a deep sleep.
Awful. It took 30 minutes to get our food (2 burgers and a kid's meal). It wasn't busy, there was only two other customers in the restaurant. There were plenty of workers. When the food finally came, the burger buns were soggy and the burger lukewarm. The staff was unapologetic. The manager was busy cleaning the floors and wasn't monitoring the kitchen. I expect more from Whataburger. We will not go here again.

I love Whataburger! How could you not? The staff was incredibly friendly and our cashier was not only funny but also efficient. The chefs did a fantastic job in the kitchen and the support team made sure our orders were delivered promptly. The aroma of the food was delightful and the burger was absolutely delicious.
There was nothing fast about this food. It took twenty minutes to get food. There was no one running the front so people could come in and stand in the register only five minutes before leaving. The only reason this gets three stars is because the food was good when it finally came out.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but this review will focus on the service. Lavaughn was exceptionally friendly, even though it was early in the morning. He exemplified how customer service should be done, with a warm smile and positive energy.
They didn't let anyone get through and slowly as usual. I think the girl was new so she could not help but slowness no car through available was a problem in this place. Supposed to be 24 hours lot of times no one is here and have lights on like it open

The food was good and accurate. I wish they had more than one toilet in this huge bathroom. Could have 3 stalls in there so everyone can't wait in the hallway. Otherwise it was good.
Terrible everything! The drive thru was broken and the customer service was none existent. I wouldn't go there after 10pm. Day time is fine but not at night
