Me and my friend came through and it took us an hour from the time we ordered til we got our food. I understand they are short but when we got our food the fries were stale and all the food was cold. We called later and told them and they said we shouldve went through the drive thru, cause lobby wasnt open, and told them. We did not because it took so long and we wanted to be done. I wont go back.
Idk, what they were smokin, but everyone who worked at 5:00 on the 28th was out of him. Looks like everyone doesn't know what they did. We were the only ones there waiting like 30 minutes and were still missing things from our order and had to go back and in to get everything. Usually you have a better experience at this point. Very disappointed about who led this day.
We waited almost 7 minutes in the drive thru line. The food was cold and my drink was root beer instead of diet coke. Diabetes is a serious condition with which full sugar drinks can be ground. At least the servers must be aware of the special orders, as it could be a life-threatening state. Food: 3/5
Love what a burger. However, this time my fries weren't as fresh as normal.The regular What a Burger meal saves money. BUT the burger itself isije two or three burgers from any other burger place. Therefore make sure you're hungry if you order it.Service: 5/5 Reserva una mesa ahora
Downgraded previous 5 star rating to 3 star. As of the summer of '22 we have received a correct drive-thru order once out of 5 visits. Double check your order when paying again when food is received!Food: 3/5
I think they should pay more attention to the orders so they won’t get mixed up and the clients get what they wanted. and they should start moving faster every time we go to Whataburger they take for ever.
This Whataburger is late at night. I usually get the honey butter chicken biscuit, with frits and spicy ketchup. Make sure you see the white label extra sharp; spicy ketchup.
Super friendly we were greated on the way in and the way out. I love whataburger I'm hooked on the patty melt. I can't wait until they build the one in Joplin mo Reserva una mesa ahora
Whataburger has a more satisfying taste on their list of foods. They are more at home as with cooking service for customers. Love her.
