Whitebark Wine is a genuine wine bar with an excellent selection of local wines and meals sourced from local producers—a true hidden gem. During our visit, we sampled every dish on the menu, and not a single one disappointed. Highlights included the clam soup, chicken hearts, sardines, kangaroo tartare, pea and ham “falafel” (as my wife affectionately called them), curd dumplings, barramundi, and even mortadella and cheese as a palate cleanser. The small share plates perfectly showcased the chef’s skill.
