I was so shocked to bite into my chicken only to have blood shoot out. I called the store to report it to management and they told me it was like this due to the chicken not being cooked fully causing the veins to bleed out. I was beyond horrified. I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant at 11:40 AM, just twenty minutes before closing. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, Guy. He apologized for the inconvenience, took my contact information, and promised to follow up, but I never heard from him. The following day, I contacted Guy again, and he again apologized and asked for my contact details, which he wrote down in a notebook. He mentioned that he had spoken with the District Manager, who intended to issue a refund and send me a gift card. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered Cajun wings, but they served me the original hot instead. I also requested Cajun fries, only to receive regular fries. If the staff doesn’t understand the menu, they should speak up. When I tried to call and speak with someone, the manager kept me on hold. These were the worst wings I've ever had.
I'm grateful for places like this that are open to serve the community. However, sometimes for whatever reason we don't do our best or we makes mistakes without even acknowledging them. I am hoping that my future visit to this establishment will be better. Keep pushing for perfection guys.

Very bad place. The food was so salty and have no seasoning. I could not eat it. The fires was full of oil. I just through all of them. The customer service was not that bad but they delayed my food for more than 30 min just for 8 wings. I am not coming here ever again. Super disgusting
The lady who helped me was very helpful. I wish I knew her name. She knew exactly what she was doing on the register, got my order right the first time, and was very friendly. The wings were a 7/10.
They forgot my fries. Waiting on them made my wings cold. The blue cheese was only filled halfway. The sprite was good though
