We had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and exceptional service! The staff here are truly friendly and courteous. We went for an early dinner on a weeknight and shared the Special Bento Box, which provided plenty of food for the two of us. We also tried the vegetarian gyoza on the side, and it was not only beautifully prepared but also elegantly presented. The filling was delightful, and the skin was perfectly crispy. We enjoyed a bottle of cold sake, and it was great that we could choose our own cup from their collection—it added a fun touch to the evening. super fresh! sweet and salad are very fresh. they feel like picking up in the garden. You're really fresh. even the sauce on the chicken can still taste the chicken flavor. Now on the day not much restaurant can taste real chicken flavor. because the other always cook over and make it too old and try. however, yume sushi make the huh really good. very fresh. tempura hot and crispy. Even the washabi is good. the best Japanese restaurant in sydney.
As locals have been going to Yume Sushi Drummoyne for many years even though it's always been on the expensive side. Always very nice people no matter who's been working there. Unfortunately will now stop going because it is just become too expensive. The last straw was $24 the other day for a takeaway, teriyaki meal (supposedly main meal) with a little bit of rice. Not much bigger than an entree size. Just too expensive. Disappointing.
Was so disappointed! Both sets of California Rolls I ordered did not came with mayo and fish roe as listed on their menu. Harris Farm have better tasting rolls for less the price. The Rolls where dry and not much flavor to it. Drove 20mins in peak traffic to pick it up and 20mins back for this disappointment. Wont be going back again.

I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened over 11 years ago. The use of brown rice gives their dishes a lasting flavor that I really enjoy. I appreciate their extensive selection of entrees, and I make it a point to try a different one each time I visit. The fish is almost always fresh, which is a big plus!
This is the BEST Japanese restaurant We get the special bento box regularly which is the best bento box we have ever had!!! Everything else we have tried on the menu is amazing from the super fresh sashimi to the mouthwatering teriyaki chicken I absolutely recommend you go here!
Best Benton box I've ever had. We will be back. The silken tofu was so soft and melt in your mouth. The salmon was delicious. Everything was fresh and delicious and the owner gives the best service. All round great experience.
I've been feeding in yame sushi for over 10 years. the best japaner I ever had them have a great team. I can't rate yume sushi higher.

I love Yume! Definitely the best Sushi Japanese food that I've come across, and my kids are obsessed! So yummy!!!
