GREAT PEOPLE GREAT FOOD!soooo my car battery died in the parking lot. i ended up asking for help and hermes came to my rescue to help jump my car! he went above and beyond to help me with respect and patience. so thankful! multiple other employee checked in on me and were genuinely so kind. turns out i was at the wrong zaxby’s anyways for a mobile order ?? i ended up in the drive through for a nibbler and even the ladies there checked on me once i got my car going. great peeps here!
I actually ordered online and picked up my food. It's football seasonal and they had a BOGO 10 piece wing special over the weekend. The wings tasted great, they were hot the service was excellent. Zaxby's, thanks for making everything so easy.
I placed an order online and used the drive-thru. I really enjoy the Zaxby’s cheddar bites and fries. The chicken is just okay, but the seasoning and cheese bites more than make up for it. The staff was also very friendly!
Fries were cold. The employees were staring me all the way until I left. I guess checking to see if i was going to check to inquire how cold and old the fries were. The tenders were okay. Probably won’t be back. Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff seem disengaged and unresponsive, almost as if they're not fully present. They really need to step up their game!
I waited over 15 minutes without any other customers in the store, and no one appeared to be concerned at all.

"DON’T EAT AT THIS LOCATION! THEY NEED TO BE TURNED INTO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! After spending 30 mins in line, this is what we got. One of those pieces of chicken look like it was cooked the previous day. Food made us sick just from a small bite. Just close down!"
