We were on the road to Tofino and need a toilet stop, we went to the tourist information centre. In the car park was this little trailer selling samosas and chaat. Some of the best Indian food I have had, inexpensive and tasty. The owner had run a restaurant in Toronto for many years came out west to retire, got bored and opened up this little place. He said the recipes were his mothers. He runs it with his wife and does catering for weddings etc. If he is still there try the food, I had the chaat, delicious

Fresh and tasty samosas and more recently, pakoras are my Saturday morning breakfast staple. Z'Samosa can be found at the Qualicum Beach Farmers Market every Saturday morning, other venues & events in the area, with a 2nd location at the Parksville Visitor's Centre. Z and Sarah offer up good food and friendly service.

When you come off the highway toward Parksville, you will soon see a sign thar says SAMOSAS. The veggie ones are $3 each and worth every penny. They are cooked (fried) to order, so they are still hot by the time that you get home. The problem is trying not to eat them on the way.Beware of the salsa

Recently while driving through Parksville we spotted a colourful caravan in the parking lot of the museum. It was a family business providing Indian samosas and salads, they were excellent, very tasty, and to be served by such a friendly family was a pleasure. Reserva una mesa ahora

I would like to start by saying that this restaurant review is based on a late-night discovery, after a few drinks, following some less-than-satisfactory dining experiences in Montreal.

Going to the weekly market in Qualicum Beach is a must every Saturday. Can't go home though without a couple of samosas for lunch. Very friendly service and the food is great.

The food was just okay, not as great as I had hoped based on the reviews and the competition in the area for hand-pulled noodles. I ordered the BBQ pork noodles.

I went to this restaurant for soup and as soon as you walk downstairs, you can see a chef pulling noodles that you can watch. Reserva una mesa ahora
