"A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant and my drink had so much cinnamon in it that it felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge. By the time I realized it, I was already at work and couldn't drink it. I called to let them know, and Andrea was really helpful. She told me I couldn’t come back right away, but I could return the next morning. I did just that, and Andrea even made me a new drink that turned out perfectly!"
