Let’s start with the positives: the portions are HUGE, the amount of protein and food we got for our food was definitely worth it. Taste was slightly above average. Negatives: Service was so bad that day. We only saw our waitress when she was bringing our food and drinks, absolutely no check up in between, no “how you guys doing?” Or “how’s the food”. She was nowhere to be found even if I tried. At the end we waited so long for our check I had to ask the hostess for our checks. There was also a gentleman that had waited so long after getting seated he left before getting served. There was no wait for seating through out our time there. Will not come back again.
Had a fantastic time. Our waiter Kevin was amazing! He was attentive and so friendly. The food was delicious. It was my second time at this location, and it was better than the last.. The frozen pineapple was the table favorite! The fried shrimp app was so flavorful. The ribs succulent, and the guava bbq sauce was perfect. I would definitely reorder everything, including the jerk chicken dinner. Just wish it came with a spicy jerk sauce. Other than that, we will return.
Good service after not being at this branch for a while. Menu has changed. My best friend and I came here for a late lunch. We ordered appetizers, drinks and salad. One star off because her salad had brown leaves in it and wasn't fresh. Our server Vinny was good. We had to grab his attention to get water but other than that he's a great server. Small booths were really small so we got a bigger booth because we know how we eat lol.
Best “chain” (there are like 18 nationwide) by far. Always fresh food, awesome young and helpful servers, and fun drinks! I love their chicken pineapple bowl. My mom has a gluten allergy and they’re accommodating and are always quick to get her a gluten free menu. Happy hour is so fun, I recommend the bahamarita. They also have Virgin specialty drinks, I would’ve loved them as a kid. Definitely worth trying at least once !!

It’s very good place with variety of options of drinks, appetizers and food! Loved their ambience and the courteous service. At times it gets crowded, so reservation would help. Their traditional wings with buffalo sauce was finger licking! And the best was the dessert.. they have an amazing collection of cocktails to try out!! Overall a great place to visit!!
Place was amazing. My waitress… Mary i believe, was phenomenal. So pleasant to talk to. Food was outstanding! And for a great price. Me and my bf wanted to go back before we even left! And drinks were amazing as well. Can’t decide on a place? Definitely pick this one. I got the pineapple jerk chicken which was great!
Always a vibrant atmosphere with great service! Enjoyed some delicious crispy chicken wings, chicken sandwich, the sirloin with battered fried shrimp mash and broccoli and for drinks we sampled the new trio mix!! Would return and recommend
Really enjoyed this restaurant. Everything we ordered was flavorful, great portion sizes, and the drinks were great! Cherrylyn was really sweet and checked on us throughout the night to see if everything was okay, which I appreciate!

Great place to visit. Kids friendly big family-friendly. I had one of the best lemonade I've ever had in years. So strong and good. Food is delicious and you get your money's worth. I would recommend this place.
Love the food and drinks every time I come. Never had to wait to be seated and food always comes out great.
