I mean he made his way back I've to me. Wow! A1 service! I finally decided and I told him thank you so much for your patience. He said no problem. I got nutty coconut and pecan praline I believe that's the name. I said I'm going to treat myself to a fancy waffle cone chocolate and nuts. Only for chocolate loves real good chocolate. A bit to much for me! Love learn. He gave me the total and it just seemed way to low! I asked umm are you sure. I didn't want his register to come up short. He was so sweet...
My daughter wanted a Hello Kitty ice cream cake, but we couldn’t find one, and ordering a custom cake would have cost over $100 for just 10 kids. So, we went to Baskin Robbins, browsed their cakes online, and chose a red heart design. I thought I could just tell them not to add sprinkles and would buy Hello Kitty ones from Michaels myself to create the cake I envisioned. When I went to place the order, the staff member said the cake decorators would call me, and they did. I mentioned that I had my own sprinkles, and the decorator kindly offered to put them on the cake. When I arrived, she took all my ideas and transformed them—changing the colors, adding a bow, and creating a beautiful cake....
While the ice cream is good, it's very hit or miss when it comes to atmosphere and crowds. Sometimes, it will be completely empty, while other times there will be a 20 minute wait. Maybe they need more staff? But in general, it's the same ice cream that you would expect from any Baskin Robbins, which is good enough for me :
The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of ice cream, and you can also enjoy ice cream pie alongside your selection. If you're looking to take ice cream home, they sell tubs as well. I recommend getting a cup if you have a bowl, especially for kids like myself!

The reason they're not providing the flavor you requested is that they claim it doesn't exist, even though it actually does. When they do serve it, the flavor is diminished, and if you mention anything about it, they get defensive. It's very frustrating.
Guess what. They don’t take phone orders for fresh packs.. but they will take online orders, delivery orders, and walk-ins… what is so difficult about a phone order ? it ain’t rocket science. Thank you for your service baskin robbins?
The customer service here is consistently excellent. The ice cream tastes great! I wish they offered certain flavors, like peppermint, all year round. Baskin-Robbins gift cards are sure to bring joy to anyone receiving them.
She ordered a banana split, while I had a cone. The ice cream was excellent and the service was great. Afterwards, we headed over to the park in Point Richmond.

Good, comfort ice-cream without the pretentious. They even have mangonada now.
