Came here for the first time with a friend for lunch on a Sunday, and it was delicious! We planned to go hiking after our meal, so we didn't want to order too much. We each ordered a different chicken croquette, and we share rice, black beans, and collard greens. I ordered a passion fruit juice. We ordered inside and ate our lunch on the outside patio. I saw an ad on Instagram and the food looked so good! I ordered to go through Yelp and my food was ready for pick up at the time promised. This was my second time having Brazilian food. I used to go to Pedro's in Berkeley, but they closed their locations and I wanted something close to home. The restaurant is pretty small, but it's very cute. There is a nice backdrop you can take pictures in front of. They are very active on Instagram brasil bistro and post their daily specials. I ordered: Picanha acebolada, arroz, feijo, mandioca, banana, salada de maionese, farofa e vinagrete. Steak with onions and rice, beans, fried cassava and toasted cassava, and plantains banana, and Mayo salad tastes...
they have a small menu, so it is easy to choose and the prices are pretty good. they order in the register and then the food is brought to the table. this is probably good for Brazilians to get a taste of home and chat with the personal on Portuguese some of them have limited English . I had a steak with rice and kartoffel salad and it was good. it actually had two steaks on it that were good, but not perfect. for 13 more than expected.
it was so good. the menu is electronic, so it is best to look at the menu before. that was delicious. I have the Friday special, which was a beef stew with Yucca root, and I could eat two more bowls of it! the rice is well seasoned and the buoys are exactly seasoned. I'm impressed.

Five stars. But truly off the star chart. Easily six stars. Wife had steak, I had salmon. Everything, right down to the salad was excellent. I don't usually write reviews, and I'm not from around these parts, but the food here is worth a 2 hour drive.
We enjoyed pastries, an "American" açaí bowl, and a Romeo and Juliet (guava) pastry. Everything was delicious and incredibly fresh! My favorite was the ground beef with cheese pastry. The venue itself is small.

The food was good reasonably priced. The portions were big. The staff was very helpful accommodating to our unique requests.
