I recently had a disappointing experience at Burger King when I forgot to add fries to my order in order to redeem a free fries reward on the BK app. Even though I had added the reward to my order, the manager was unwilling to provide me with the fries, despite it being a small mistake on my part. This left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. While I understand that Burger King may not necessarily need my business, it was frustrating that the manager would not provide a simple item like fries, especially considering that they often go to waste in the store. Beware! Honestly what happened to Burger King? This restaurant needs to be closed down and replaced with a Chick-fil-A or something more reputable. I will start with the customer service, nothing polite about it . No welcome to Burger King etc, Youcould tell this person was unhappy to work here by the lack of. (No smile, eye contact, friendliness or have a nice day). When Ireceived the food it was nothing fresh about it. The chicken sandwich was cold, had slimy wilted lettuce on it and the frieswere soggy and cold just gross ????????. I had ordered 3 combos for me and family, the total came to 36 dollars. Unbelievablefor the service and quality. Don?t make the mistake I did by coming here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today at the restaurant. I tried to use a coupon for a family meal, but the cashier said it couldn't be used because the price on the coupon wasn't being honored, even though the coupon was not expired. It felt like they were being dishonest with customers. If the coupon isn't valid anymore, please don't send it to our home. It's important to treat customers fairly.

I can?t expect much from a fast food restaurant but the workers are a little rude and very rushy. I couldn?t get out the rest of my order without being interrupted. I understand the fast food environment but give a chance for people to finish theirsentences! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was served cold and the employees were rude. There were two staff members, an older woman and a younger girl with black and red hair, who could benefit from some lessons in customer service.
