My fries and mozzarella sticks were both ice-cold. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks was like a big block, and I had to go back to heat my food, which still didn’t taste as good as when it’s fresh. I’m really disappointed because we order from here all the time.
I was pleasantly surprised when my meal arrived hot and fresh today! The sandwich was really generous in size and tasted amazing.
The restaurant didn't match the pictures. The food was cold, the 4-piece boneless wings were small, and the fries were also cold.
