Wow, I used to really enjoy this place, but the prices have gone up and the flavor has gone down. The only thing I can recommend is the shrimp po' boy. I ordered the crawfish box with the spicy garlic LP butter, and it was completely tasteless. The crawfish used to be bursting with flavor, but now they seem stale and just tossed in the butter after cooking. The creamy garlic sauce, which used to be thick and rich, now resembles noodles swimming in plain butter. I even tried to add some seasoning, but it barely made a difference. On a positive note, the cashier who took our order was very courteous and polite, which is why I’m giving an extra star. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed.
I visit this restaurant quite often, but today, on Mother's Day, I had a frustrating experience when I called to place an order for my mom. While I was ordering, the owner made a rude comment to the cashier, implying that I hadn't picked up my food in the past. I found this accusation confusing because I know I regularly come in and enjoy this place with my mom. I really don't understand the hostility; I had just recently been in for crawfish, so the comment seemed completely unnecessary and out of place. That's not how you should treat customers, especially on a holiday like Mother's Day. I'm truly disappointed with the service!
The fried menu items were delicious, but the boiled dishes came mixed with noodles and vegetables. While it was possible to order items a la carte, it felt like it might be an inconvenience for whoever had created the menu.
On the positive side, the server and cashier were very accommodating and patient as I went through the menu and asked numerous questions. All in all, I will definitely return for the food and excellent service. I’ll give management a pass this time since it seemed like a slow day, although I do have a pet peeve about unprofessionalism.
I couldn't give a lower rating if I tried. The girl at the counter was unhelpful and couldn't provide any information about the meals. When we received our food, it was floating in an inch of butter. There wasn't much seasoning or flavor to be found. If I had to guess, I would say the shrimp and crab were frozen, microwaved, and then dumped into the butter. The potatoes were hard, and the noodles were undercooked as well. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not! Would I return? Definitely NO!

Food is usually good as long as you get what you ordered. I asked for a oyster poboy and got shrimp. Called them and a female cashier said I could come back. I explained that I couldn't and that I may be a couple of days...she said ok and that she would leave a note on their board stating that there was an error and i needed a replacement. Went today and the owner said that he doesn't know what to do for me.Do me no favors sir. I won't come back.
Delicious food! The snow crab legs were loaded with real pieces of garlic—absolutely fantastic! There was a mix-up with my order at one point, but it wasn't a big deal. Mistakes happen. What really impressed me was how they handled it; they offered me options to make it right without any attitude. That says a lot about their service. I highly recommend giving it a try!
My experience with my order of oysters speaks for itself pure nasty and the batter was not fully cooked in the inside as showed in my photos.The manger had an attitude because I told him the swai fish I had was nasty. Come to find out in my research that species of that fish is not fed the best food for human consumption.
This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I couldn't even finish my meal, despite paying a significant amount for it. I ordered a shrimp bowl and only received four shrimp. The quality of service from the cook was very disappointing. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant!

Food is okay. I've had better seafood. Food had too much butter/oil. I ordered Cajun steam shrimp, crabs legs, crayfish on two occasions with extra broccoli. Customer service was great. Atmosphere good.
I was very much so enjoying this place a year ago. Today I had lunch there and it was sub par. No seasoning on the food. Just not a good experience for 78 dollars
