I order online it told me the order will be available around 8:32 I arrived on time did the check in waited almost 30 minutes till I call and was inform they no longer had wings available in furious because they could had atleast had the Audacity to call and let me know that they will not be bringing out my order. I got inside to get my refunds and I’m inform that I have to wait in the morning worst experience I wouldn’t come back here it’s not a professional Establishment!!!!!!

This experience was garbage . We waited a long time for our food . Bathrooms and dinning room were filthy . We waited 20 minutes to get our order in . While others were taken care of in less then 5 minutes . Don’t recommend at all . The waiter said it was because he was busy but he only had 2 other tables beside us . Garbage and even outside was filthy . Would not recommend .

Do not order from this place!! They have the worst customer service!!! I got my order almost an hour after it was promised to be delivered. They wouldn?t answer my calls, and when they did, they were so rude!!! Don?t waste your time or money on them! Shameon you, Chili?s (this is their restaurant)!!!!!
The wings were overcooked and extremely tough to chew. They didn’t have any sauce on them at all. This restaurant is disappointing—I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I can't help but question if the cooks would enjoy the food they make.
First time ordering from them and unfortunately the chicken meat was gooey or just wayyy too much fat on the wing . It was really weird I couldn't finish my food. Also some of the chicken legs was dry and hard couldn't eat that as well.
I?d give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service and food preparation. Asked for boneless wings tossed in smoked apple bbq sauce and basically got plain chicken nuggets nuggets. Will never order from here again. Reserva una mesa ahora
order online no napkins straws or forks and knifes also missing the chili call toke three tries for someone to answer the phone told us to come back for the chili not even I m sorry
