This place is a joke, when you first walk in, you have some chick just sitting on the phone , doesn’t greet you , ask if they have a menu , she says no, I finally order my food and what I got was a box full of rice lol, as you can tell the chicken they use is low tier then they have the nerve to chop it up into small pieces leaving it to disappear in the juice , so the pieces you do are mainly bone and then they throwing pieces of bones in the tray with it lmao, I had maybe enough chicken to form a leg and A half of a thigh lmao… not to mention the rice is dry, cabbage was ok. And got a bottle of Pepsi that has probably been sitting there since last spring lol no carbonation, for 23 dollars...

I visited this restaurant today, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The cashier was quite rude. We were waiting to place our order, but she ignored us and continued chatting with a coworker, then served the next customer while my sister and I were still waiting. I ordered a large curry goat, but being Americans, we don't eat bones, and they included nothing but bones in my dish. The only option left for my husband was to throw all the food in the trash. It was really disappointing, especially since we spent nearly $70 there. We were just looking for a good Jamaican restaurant and ended up going to Junction Jamaican Restaurant instead. Wow! If your feeling for some jerk chicken on the Sauce side this is the spot. The rice and peas is cooked to perfection. Feeling like Granny, Mommy and Aunty cooked it. The chicken soup is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. It has everything you need to get your strength up like a (BULL). I'm Sad to say, you should stay far from the curry goat. Its not up par. Money wasted on just bone little meat and fat. It only has goat and curry nothing else. Not a good cut of goat meat. The oxtail is a must peek picture.

Initially, I was a bit surprised by the price, but I would happily pay it again. I haven't had such incredibly delicious, perfectly seasoned brown stew chicken since my days at Crossroad and Sweet Mango. Everywhere I've tried in the DMV area that brag about their long-standing water-tasting brown stew chicken just can't compare. It’s a shame. It was my daughter’s birthday. I didn’t want to go to a fancy restaurant. Chose the closest Jamaican restaurant. Food was trash. Asked for no cabbage and basically got cabbage and goat with little to no rice. And the oxtail was two big bones. I would feed this to my dog. I will never eat from here again. I tried calling the store and never once got an answer which is why I left this review. SAD

Maaan, this food is so good! Best brown stew chicken I’ve had so far in the dmv. Even the white rice was delicious. The beef patty was a meal of its own. All i needed was two more. The crust was so flaky and delicious. I’ve found my go to.

The the food was delicious. The only Jamaica place I will eat at. They cabbage was tender not crunchy, the rice was good, I usually don't eat rice from these places. Will be back, when I can, since it's outta my way.
