It was evening when I visited, and it seemed that the staff were primarily focused on the drive-thru orders, which resulted in a long wait for service at the counter. The employees appeared quite overwhelmed with the volume of orders they were handling, and the manager seemed to be struggling to guide the team during the rush. I understand that they were busy and possibly short-staffed, but it would have made a difference if they had at least acknowledged the customers at the counter. It felt as though those of us inside were being overlooked. A simple smile and a quick assurance that they would attend to us soon would have gone a long way.

I waited a long time 15 mins in line outside after ordered Coffee ! Coffee was not warm or hot coffee and taste was WEAK COFFEE???? I requested to the server by the window to change my ???? just warm coffee but REFUSED THÉ MANAGER CAME AND SHE AGREE WITH THE STAFF THAT WILL NOT SÈRVE ANOTHER COFFEE. So I told them : TAKE IT BACK BUT REFUSED IT and CLOSED THE WINDOW???? on me !!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE ????? what happened to the GREAT SERVICE of McDonald?s?? ????? SAD TO say my bad experience this evening ! IN THE PAST If you They did have Great SERVICE but NOW but very POOR SERVICE ????
