The service of the person who attended us is very good but he is alone for the entire site and that makes everything take longer.The food is very good although a little over salty.Prices within normalAtmosphere almost empty place could be due to the service.A place with a lot to improve but with good administration I think we could make this space a good place to have a good time
My experience was pleasant and the meals were very nice for our party of 10 people.Sophia, our server was prompt, friendly attentive to our needs. And we appreciated her service.Just a side note, we dined in last Saturday April 7, 2024, early afternoon, which i think helped with being served promptly.I will come again.....smiley sol......
For vegetarians, they can customize many dishes to be meat-free. I also noticed the manager personally modified a dish for a nearby group. It's a very family-friendly spot, especially with the kids eat free on Tuesdays. As for accessibility, the venue is wheelchair-friendly, including the bar area.
Waitress forgot silverware and drinks. The waitress took my order but then walked away and did not take my guest's order. Once she actually got both orders we waited over an hour and the food still did not arrive (more than likely the waitress did not place the order). Reserva una mesa ahora
Service was ATROCIOUS!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. It's crazy to get better Service at McDonald's down the block!! Safe to I nor my family will ever return to this location. I'll take the 30 minute drive to Chicago ridge or Oakbrook.
I absolutely loved my experience! The burgers were outstanding, and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. The service was great too, with a lovely young lady attending to us. I will definitely be coming back. Also, it’s very wheelchair accessible!
This location was terrible..love the one in Tampa but the food here is awful..they definitely aren't using the same quality as the Florida location to the point I for the longest time though these were different restaurants
