I often visit Muffin Break with no issue and know what is Gluten Free. I ordered a gluten free muffin and even double checked with the lady it was gluten free when it arrived. After 1/4 I knew it was too tasty to be gluten...free! I checked with unhelpful staff who confirmed theyd given me the wrong muffin. There was no apology at all and if anything, they seemed irritated I returned the food! It was Raspberry (non-gluten free) and I had ordered the Strawberry Gluten Free. It was their error and they dealt with it dreadfully. Will never return and was ill for some time after as a diagnosed coeliac.
I'm visiting every week. the coffee and hot chocolate are excellent, served at the right temperature. muffins are delicious and other foods are varied to suit every taste. the service of youth is also polite and fast. but the device is cruel. The...Lounges seats are mature. tables must have stuffed paper under a bit to make them stable. surprising that Westfield didn't upgrade her. that's necessary.
Being able to relax in a reserved seating area at Muffin Break, while the rest of the center is bustling with activity, is a definite bonus. The coffee was surprisingly great - not burnt and just the right temperature. The food looked delicious, and the iced chocolate disappeared in no time. Our order came out quickly and was perfect. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
The Muffin Break at Westfield Belconnen is centrally located but, despite recently undergoing a much needed refurbishment, has a no frills feel – not helped by the tardy clearing/cleaning of the tables. Notwithstanding the lack of ambiance, the quality of the coffee is consistent and the staff members are friendly and enthusiastic.

This restaurant had excellent coffee that I really enjoyed. They had a similar type of coffee available at all of their locations, including one near Costco. Unfortunately, Belco Coffee Bar closed down in February 2020 and will not be reopening.
Whilst the coffee is average it is nevertheless served in nice cups and flat mugs. The atmosphere is average given that the outlet is in the Westfield Mall which can be noisy at times.
The muffins at this restaurant are delicious and come in a variety of flavors. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a tasty vegan muffin on the menu cirsch mandel. the coffee was made beautiful.

decent hot chocolate and a good snack. their muffins are soft and fluffy (not dry) and make a good lunch snack.
Always good. I go there every Saturday for morning tea. The staff know my order and are alway smiling.
