For starters, we had the Banh Xeo, which was a delightful balance of flavors. The dish had a great combination of vegetables, meat, and pancake. We had never tried roasted pork in this dish before, but it was an excellent addition — tender, juicy, and with perfectly crispy skin.
Next, we enjoyed the beef pho, made with a broth that had been simmered for 12 hours. The meats were tender, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The broth was flavorful and came with a side of fresh mint and bean sprouts.
We also tried five-spice tofu rice paper rolls, which were packed with sliced tofu and well-cooked vermicelli. The hoisin peanut dipping sauce was a perfect complement to the rolls.
