Always quite busy, but the location is quite comfortable, they are right in line with orders, and the staff is nice. Note that the proximity to El Cerrito BART station (and only one retail hub) leads to more than average homeless. I have never felt insecure, and no one has ever caused serious problems, but your miles may vary.

This is a beautiful location, always greeted in a friendly way, orders taken and made exactly and quickly. It is easy to reach and since it is in the Plaza, a lot of parking. The dishes and drinks are good... good starbucks! If you like them, go here if you're in the area:

I never realized that there were stars near where I go, now this is my best place to enjoy coffee and do my works. Double Shot Espresso, that's why Starbuck's Starbucks Starbucks is.

In the area, I followed a woman who claimed I was her daughter. But the employees took the hint and watched the doors. And the drinks were delicious!
