I visited Subway on November 6, 2022, around 3 PM and unfortunately felt indirectly refused service. When I arrived, I greeted an older man in the back, but he quickly turned away and ignored me. I usually come here once a week and always leave a tip, but after this experience, I’ve decided to go elsewhere and will be filing a complaint with corporate.
The server was rude. When I entered without my mask, he started yelling at me. I quickly put it on and apologized for forgetting, but he continued to raise his voice. Even when his coworker asked him to calm down, he kept shouting. My friend and I chose to leave. They missed out on over half of what they could have made from us.
The staff were highly unprofessional and harassed my boyfriend and me when we asked to switch from a large drink to a smaller one. They attempted to charge us extra despite us exchanging the cups, then proceeded to shout at us and use offensive language.
I discovered a long hair in my Tuna Sub, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they accused me of placing it there. I was very upset! The staff were rude and unaccommodating. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant! Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff were quite unapproachable, the sandwiches were poorly made, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. This will definitely be both my first and last time visiting this location.
This is a fantastic spot to savor roasted tuna topped with melted provolone. The staff is exceptional and consistently delivers excellent service.
I always enjoy my visits to Subway. The menu offers fresh ingredients, and the staff is consistently friendly and greets me with a warm smile.
