I would first like to say that the black waitress who worked behind the bar had an attitude and so created an unpleasant experience as if someone would force her to work. if they don't like their job or don't want to be involved with customer service at this time, then they don't just stop working. secondly, the whiskey-glazed wings were a canvas and I do not understand how this restaurant can serve anyone the type of wings that were served me, which were dried, overcooked and the meat as when biting bark silk from the bones and was like swallowing wood. Was just okay. I tried the sushi which wasnt that bad. My daughter loves their Beyond burger and was pleased.I used to frequent this location a lot before the pandemic. I had collected rewards points over the course of years. I was disappointed to find that I lost all of my points when they changed the app.Also, as a Rewards member you used to be able to get the free chips and salsa at each visit. Now, you have to pull up the app to get a qr code with an expiration to redeem. I am not sure if there is a monthly limit of just one being that was all that was in my account. o the
This place is disgusting. Floor all over is sticky. The host moves so slow. Left me standing there for a good 5 min before he even acknowledged me. I mentioned the floors to the waiter because it literally feels like we are on a game show. Stared at me like I have a 3rd eyeball. Unreal how crazy patrons look for wanting to spend their money eating in a clean environment. Nothing looks clean. Absolutely disgusting here.
experience in the theory I had in a tg Friday’sThe place was empty and they left us waiting 20 minutes to sit it. we went in and the place is empty. no one is honing no employees. they cheat my men two children and I at the bar where the game played and it was loud. that was cold. our server was really nice and try to make us feel comfortable, but it was just wrong. If I can give no stars I would! Horrible customer service. The restaurant is empty, the hostess walks away from us, no one was at the front to greet us and sit us down. I walk over to the bar lady, I told her is there a hostess we have been waiting for 15 mins and all she tells me is understandable. No wonder the restaurant location is empty. Horrible employees! Horrible experience!
aj was a great host. well listened to alternative solutions for various combo foods came back to check us every time to ensure that eating and our counter was in order. much appreciated food: 5/5
Eating was terrible. dog food is made better than the deep fried **** this place serves, and they have the nerve to calculate as much as they do for it. will never come back. food: 1/5
