Tgi Fridays Wayne - Reservar una mesa

Made my reservation thru open table, got there 30 min later, on time, and was told it would be 40 min- hour before they started seating again and that my reservation was invalid. We were told the computers were down and so the kitchen was backed up and so they weren't seating anyone. Won't be going back as there wasn't even an apology or empathy for the people waiting. Needless to say, we left.

It's a TGIG so they're pretty identical all over the country. Eating was okay, but the main course took quite a long time to get out. I had a whisky glazed steak that was tasty, but I tasted nothing similar to a whisky glaze. The staff was friendly and helpful, but sitting in the bar area is a little loud and hectic. Will recommend and return

Our last experiences on Friday were not good. Our food was of poor quality. It's not the servers. It is when the food comes that the experience goes down hills. This time, my husband, complaining about food, said that I don't want to come back here in a long time. That's all.
